BEZAHLTE TOUREN

  • Group tours = shared service: The group size will depend on the tour, typically ranging from 10 to 30 people. The guided tour is conducted simultaneously in English and Spanish.
  • All the timings shown in the tours are approximate; please don’t take them literally. Nevertheless, we strive to be punctual and do our best to adhere to the schedule.
  • In some group tours, we visit handicrafts markets, liquor stores, etc.
  • If the tour includes meals, we make every effort to ensure they are of good quality, except in some destinations like Rainbow Mountain, Humantay, 7 Lakes tour, etc. — in those destinations, the restaurants are basic.
  • For some high-altitude destinations, you’ll need to acclimate beforehand and be in good condition. We don’t take responsibility for the effects of altitude sickness or lack of physical fitness.
  • Some roads in Arequipa, Ayacucho, and Cusco are not in good condition, and sometimes dust may enter through the windows.
  • In group tours, drivers usually play music to stay alert.
  • We are honest people; however, if you lose your belongings during the tour, we will not take any responsibility.
  • Price: In Peru, a free market or capitalist system is applied, therefore, we reserve the right to set the price that we deem necessary based on operational costs.
  • Bookings: The tour is considered reserved once it has been paid for.
  • Cancellation/rescheduling: You can only cancel or reschedule the tour with a minimum of 48 hours‘ notice (it does not apply to Machu Picchu tours).
  • Operability & Itinerary: All tours are subject to change the itinerary without prior notice (even at the last minute) due to any events that may prevent the normal operation of the tour.
  • Cancellation/rescheduling of tours to Machu Picchu:
Cancel with a minimum of 7 days‘ notice for a partial refund; otherwise, there will be no refund. Rescheduling of the Machu Picchu tour is not possible unless there are strikes.
  • Refunds:
Inform us with a minimum of 2 days‘ notice for a refund. If you made the payment and reservation one day before the tour, you cannot request a refund or reschedule.
Strikes/Landslides: If the bus has already departed and there is a strike, your guide will offer you an alternative route if applicable, but there will be no refund or rescheduling. The alternative route may not be to your liking.
No show: If you are not present at the time of pick-up from your hotel or meeting point, the tour will be considered concluded with no right to refund or rescheduling.
We do not provide a breakdown of the costs incurred during the tour.
  • Refunds – Machu Picchu tours:
Please inform us at least 7 days in advance for a partial refund.
The Ministry of Culture (MP tickets) and the bus companies do not provide refunds, therefore the cost paid for the entrance tickets to Machu Picchu and the buses from Aguas Calientes to MP ruins will not be refunded for any reason.
Before issuing a refund, we will request a refund from the train companies, buses, etc. Please consider that they may charge an administrative fee, and they don’t provide immediate refunds.
We do not issue refunds in case of delayed flights, landslides, bad weather, or strikes that affect the tour.
We do not issue the breakdown of the costs incurred during the tour.
You will receive the refund within 7 business days.
  • Refund process:
We preferably refund you through PayPal; otherwise, we will use Western Union.
When we send you the refund, we don’t include the commission that PayPal or Western Union normally charges. The money transfer companies will apply the respective commission on your refund.
The money transfer commission charged by PayPal or Western Union is approx. 5%.
If you paid with a credit card, we refund you less than 5% of the total payment you made. The 5% represents the commission charged by the banks.
