Reserve our rafting tour on the Majes river of Arequipa, there will be Class II, III and IV rapids — if you love water activities, this excursion is you cup of tea. The Majes river is born due to the union of both the Capiza and the Colca rivers and it changes its name by Camaná river once it flows into the Pacific Ocean.
The Majes river has a length of 450 km, along this river there are many small towns where experiential tourism, rafting and freshwater shrimp fishing are practiced which are very famous for the preparation of the typical dish known as Chupe de camarones.

Majes — start rafting
At this place your Guide will provide you with all the equipment and tranning about this activity to finally start paddling: 3 hours in the Majes River with Class II, III and IV rapids.
Transfer back to Arequipa
The bus ride takes approx. 3 hours.
Tour Ending Place — at about 6 pm
This excursion ends in the historic center of Arequipa city, three blocks away from the main square. This tour doesn’t end at your hotel unless you book a private tour.
