• After the reservation, we will confirm the pickup time from your hotel or bus station of Nazca.
• Flight times: 09:30 to 16:00 — every day.
• The flight time will be assigned to you only when you are at the Nazca airport, depending on the control tower and the weather conditions.

Restrictions:

• If you weigh 95 kg or more, you will need to pay for two seats.
• There is no minimum age to enjoy this experience.
• Original passport presentation is required.
• Children aged 2 and above will be charged for one regular-priced seat.

Cancellation of the tour is free as long as you do so at least one week in advance, otherwise we will charge 100% of the tour price.

If there is bad weather, we will offer you the following options:

• Wait for a considerable amount of time until the weather improves.
• Change the flight date to the following day.
• Receive a 75% refund of the paid price.
